SMS Program
NOIR is an AI-powered personal and business assistant. Users who explicitly opt in may receive SMS messages related to features they request or enable, including call notifications, missed-call alerts, caller information, call summaries, transfer requests, reminders, scheduling notifications, account or security alerts, verification messages, and requested follow-ups.
Consent & Opt-In
End users opt in by voluntarily providing their mobile number through an applicable NOIR registration or messaging consent flow and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. NOIR does not use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists for this program.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Opt-Out
Recipients may reply STOP to discontinue applicable SMS messages. After opting out, the recipient may receive a final confirmation message. To receive messages again, the recipient must opt in again through an authorized consent flow.

Availability
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and other factors outside the service's control. The SMS program may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
